"This is a small,clean,quiet motel that was great for our recent 6 night stay.Bed was comfortable,small room which was ok for just the two of us as we were pretty much only there to sleep and it was nice and quiet to sleep.They had bagels and muffins,juice and coffee and some fruit for breakfast but there is also a breakfast restaurant right next door that served a great breakfast.No problem parking right outside our room.Great value for your dollar."

"We love the Publick House; we've stayed there approximately two dozen times on our way to/from Maine. While this was still a good visit, we asked to change rooms because the toilet ran continuously, and the bathroom fan was so loud that it could be heard outside our room door. We were able to change rooms, but wondered if the two issues in our first room would be fixed before assignig it to another guest."
