I was pleasantly surprised by this motel; the room was very clean, the bed linens were impeccably white and smelled perfectly fresh, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and everything was very well organized and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Jay at the front counter was awesome! Checked us in, gave us a few dinner recommendations, one of them being the best spot in town, Rapscallion. The rooms were good, a great place to sleep at least for us since we were only there one night. Thank you all for this stay!

When I go to Massachusetts I always stay at the supermarket 8 in sturbridge, the rooms are clean, the staff are very polite and if I have a problem they take care of it. I highly recommend you to stay there.

I made my choice on location and price. This area can be expensive and this hotel was on the lower end. As a solo female traveler I prefer to stay at hotels with inside hallways, especially if arriving after dark. Luckily the staff and other guests were friendly and helpful. I was quite comfortable after settling in. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast (including the breakfast sandwich) was spot on!

This place has a lot going for it: - clean - real soap - real shower gel / shampoo / conditioner - fluffy towels - solid pool - aesthetically nice outside - balcony with view - comfy bed - well placed mirror - super high ceiling - modern decor - solid a/c - large-ish mini fridge - lots of tv channels - multiple decent lighting options - place to store bag - bathroom mirror has lights baked in - coat hooks

The shower in room 220 did not work correctly. Barely any pressure, making noise and not having hot water hardly at all. The breakefast was also lackluster at best. Extremely frustrating paying over $200 to deal with stuff like that

The room was clean and sufficient for a quick stay. The staff didn't notify me until the day that we were checking out that I left something at the front desk. I felt they should have notified me immediately when they realized.

At first we weren’t so sure, the outside was a little cluttered but they are renovating. The room was nice and clean, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Pool was nice. Everything came out perfect. Great location, restaurants, supermarket and gas stations near by. Friends weekend trip turned out Perfect. Will definitely stay there again. A+

The king suite exceeded my expectations. The view of the pond was a nice surprise, and the balcony was a sweet place to chill out after a long day of work. Unfortunately, the Orange Juice machine was out of order while I was there, but otherwise the breakfast was pretty decent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay here again.

I won’t ever stay at another Super 8 chain. Very rude and uncompromising. They refuse to recognize the value of an “emotional support” dog. Really? These days for a senior woman traveling alone? I don’t think so. This chain is not recommended

The room looked great, but had that old smoking hotel smell. Once the AC was turned on for a bit, the smell cleared up. Nice finishes (granite and chrome) and linens (sheets were a comfy breathable percale). Bed and pillows were comfy. The view from the shared balcony was lovely over the lake, however, the screen had no latch so no sleeping with the door ajar. The room could have been cleaned better. Our socks let us know that the floor was dirty, nooks and corners needed attention. Plenty of parking. Didn't have much staff interaction. The breakfast was gone by 9:15. For what we needed - a place to lay our heads at night - this worked fine. It looks like much work has gone into trying to make this a nice hotel, Just needs a little fine tuning.

Remote agent (via Kiosk) in lobby was annoying. A man stood behind the desk while we were told to use the Kiosk. The shower pressure was only fair. Breakfast was fair. Large room.
