"The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime. The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was good also. Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect. "This hostel was really nice, from the reception to the room to the breakfast , all very nice. I stayed for 5 nights , the first couple nights I stayed in the deluxe room and the last 3 in a standard double. I had planned on hotel hopping around the island but Gili Buana was so relaxed I was happy to stay put. As A solo traveler I felt very welcome. Aisje the manager was an amazing hostess, she invited me for sunset and dinner a couple nights which was lovely. I highly recommend this hostel. "
