"There was such a lovely atmosphere at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and so much fun. If you're lucky, you might even get the chance to beat one or two of them at the pool table! 🎱 The restaurant serves good food with beautiful beachfront seating, and the live music was absolutely amazing. You can also snorkel with sea turtles right from the beachfront in front of the hotel 🐢 The room was fine, but the fantastic location, wonderful staff, and overall atmosphere are what really make this place special. I would definitely love to come back!"

"This is our second stay at Gili Air Bungalows, and we couldnt be happier. Kind and helpful staff, large comfortable rooms, great pool, and close to the beach for snorkeling. Highly recommend. Two cute cats is a bonus as well!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Jago Gili Air and would highly recommend it. The room was gorgeous, comfortable and beautifully presented, but what really made our stay special was the staff. They were genuinely lovely, incredibly welcoming and somehow learned our names almost immediately. They made us feel properly at home throughout our stay. Every morning they prepared us the most beautiful breakfast, which was such a lovely way to start the day. There are also board games available to play in the evening, which is a great touch if you want to bring back some food or snacks and have a relaxed night in. We also appreciated that you could bring your own drinks to enjoy outside. The location is brilliant, with lots of amazing food options nearby, and it’s only around 5–6 minutes from some of the best snorkelling on Gili Air. We saw turtles and some incredible coral reef, so the location was perfect for us. The only area that could be improved is the pool. Unfortunately, it was a little cloudy during our stay and we found ourselves having to ask for the filters to be switched on. If the pool was clearer and the filtration system was running 24/7, with appropriate chlorine levels maintained, this would easily be a 5-star stay for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and the staff really made Jago Gili Air stand out. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Room was in excellent condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic outdoor pool , you step out of the door and the pool is there. Close to restaurants and retail shops. I highly recommend staying here when you're in Gili Air"

"We had a fabulous stay at Coco Republic. Perfectly positioned......snorkel straight off the beach to see turtles. Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast at a restaurant 2 doors down....set menu with 5 options. Definitely would stay again"

Villa Tokay - The Luxury Resort

"The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool towels etc and cleared the old ones ourselves. Glasses were not cleaned. I would not be put off by this as the villa is exceptional but just be aware that you should ask for these things to be done"
