Hotel Keluarga di Gili Meno

"Vi havde to dejlige nætter på vores pigetur til Gili-øerne, lige ud for hotellet i vanden er der havskildpadder og tusindvis af farverige fisk. Hotellet har masker og snorkler liggende klar til fri afbenyttelse. Personalet var yderst serviceminded. Dette hotel var også det med den bedste mad på vores rejse."

"My husband and I stayed here for several nights on our honeymoon before the earthquake (we had extended our stay on Gili Meno but had moved to another hotel because Adeng Adeng was full). Overall our bungalow was lovely! It was spacious and clean and had a beautiful outdoor bathroom with a good shower. The light was good day and night and the decoration was thoughtful. The AC worked beautifully. There are only 5 bungalows spread out in a fairly large garden and it felt incredibly private to us....

"Good location over looking the beach and close to all the main areas within the island. The expensive room we booked had a view of a construction site and not the view of the ocean and blue waters we were promised. After complaining we were moved to a smaller/cheaper room. No refund was given on the difference but 2 spa vouchers were. The spa was not good would have rather preferred a refund. The amenities and free water equipment is old (i.e., the kayak is not a kayak but a small boat,...

"First of all, we had a "sea view" cottage. But with no view of the sea. When I told a staffer that the AC wasn't working, he said "that's the way it's always been" The bathroom and shower were disgusting, with rusting handles for the shower, and the shower and the toilet in the same space. Towels were old and worn. And there was something on the floor that made it slippery; no idea what. This would be luxury accommodations only in Venezuela or North Korea, and maybe not the latter....

"This little resort was awesome! The staff were all amazing, best hospitality service we received on our whole 3 week trip. The staff called us by name and made us really feel at home. Only complaint was the smell walking from the villas to the main reception area smalls like sewage and they burn garbage all over the island so the smells were getting to me a bit"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ottalia. The first thing we noticed when checking in was 4 routers, so will say the wifi was great. The staff was attentive, and always able to give extra water, towels, and even bugspray. The hotel is in the middle of the island, so there are definitely abundant mosquitoes, so beware and make sure to keep the mosquito net intact. The hot water also wasnt hot at night, so thats one thing the hotel could improve on. I appreciate the kindness of the staff, but...
