Great place
Went out of season but lovely hotel and great value. Rooms (mini house !) have lots of character Breakfast was very nice and much better than most in Bali / Lombok I’d recommend it unless you want to be in the heart of the action Near Turtle snorkelling areas

The only Balinese style hotel on the island, other hotels also looked amazing but were more modern and party oriented. This property was quite far away, no walking distance so you have to either bike or take the carriage but totally worth it because it’s isolated from the crowd and the party area

So happy we booked w/ Desa Dunia. Highly recommend
My wife and I absolutely loved Desa Dunia. By far the best place we've stayed at during our Bali Honeymoon. We booked the beachfront villa and it exceeded our expectations. You can see the beachfront clearly and it's less than a 50 meter walk from your doorstep to the beach. The resort is on the opposite side of where all the parties and activity takes place which is what we wanted but when we did want to take part in the action the other side of the island wasn't even a 15 minute bike ride.

Right on the beach
Close to beach, easy to get to from boat by taking horse and cart, restaurant for ordering dinner onsite, breakfast included in stay was great.

We would recommend this hotel to everybody, it was the best experience in our two week trip in Indonesia: great people, food, room, view, sunset view, beach cocktails, hygiene, ... nothing negative to note! We regretted only staying two nights here, we would have loved to stay another week.

Superbe. Hôtel dans la partie nord de l île. A 5 mn en vélo de la rue centrale, facile d accès même la nuit. A 15 mn à pieds du lieu magique pour voir le coucher de soleil, allongé dans un transat en buvant une bière.

Bel hôtel en front de mer Beau bungalow en bois avec tout le confort Salle de bain à l’extérieur, seul le lavabo est dans le bungalow On a trouvé cela agréable Le personnel est très gentil Les bons petits déjeuners peuvent être pris en face la mer (pieds dans le sable) Nous avons d’ailleurs pris tous nos repas à l’hôtel,le restaurant propose de bons poissons au barbecue On y retournera avec plaisir

Liked the private room. The cleanliness and the majority of staff were accommodating. Didn’t enjoy how far out of town the hotel was. As well not a good experience at check in. The food was good and the breakfast was wholesome and filling. The front desk staff put us in a room with an a/c unit that didn’t work.

Super séjour dans cet Hôtel. Très calme, peu de clients. Piscine eau salé très agréable, et restaurant de la plage fort sympathique. L'hôtel se situe à 5 min a pied du spot des tortues.

DDB has everything & more!
Desa Dunia Beda was a dream! The resort's grounds were absolutely beautiful. Big swimming pool, private bungalows surrounded in lush greenery with spacious, dreamy outdoor sunken-in bathrooms, and a lovely breakfast with a variety of options. The location was perfect. Far away from the noisy side of the island but still close to many great restaurants & beaches bars. They provided bike rentals at a low cost compared to what you would get elsewhere (no haggle/no hassle), snorkeling equipment, and the on-site massage services that were incredible!! I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Little piece of paradise
Desa Dunia Beda was absolutely amazing! The villa was prepared beautifully at arrival, and even the smallest one (which I stayed in) was spacious. I absolutely loved my room as it gave the perfect “deserted paradise island, but with all facilities” atmosphere. I loved the semi outdoor bathroom, and also the front porch with a view that brings peace to mind. As far as I could see, all the villas have full or partly view of the sea. Very good service, everybody greeted you with a smile. The area is very quiet, and it is easy to explore the island on a bike or by pony-taxi. Only minus is that it is difficult to swim in the sea at the resort, due to shallow waters that are very rocky. Bring swim shoes, or just use the nice swimming pool/ explore the rest of the gili’s as I did. Would definitely stay here again.

目の前にはプライベートビーチがあり、そこにある席で、朝の爽やかな時間も綺麗な夕焼けの時間も貸し切りのような雰囲気のなかで食事が出来ます。 バンガローは一つ一つが離れていて、家族だけでゆっくり過ごせます。

Et sted du virkelig kan slappe av. Vi hadde et stort hus med alle fasiliteter. Herlig å spise frokost på stranden til resorten. Kanskje et av de beste stedene å oppleve solnedgangen. Ypperlig service fra alt personal. Vi leide sykkel på hotellet og syklet rundt hele øya. Helt topp!

Très bel établissement en bord de mer,
Nous avions retenu une grande chambrequi en effet l'était. Lit très spacieux et très confortable. Salle d'eau super. Petits-déjeuners composes de produits frais en quantité largemenr suffisante. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au restaurant de l'hotel. Très bon. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Really liked this hotel
This hotel was great. Very Indonesian style. Breakfast is worth getting up for! The staff are great, so friendly! Only thing was it was a little far from the busier part of the island but the area where the hotel is is lovely!! The air con could have been a bit stronger. Overall would recommend!

Paradise in Lombok
Spacious villas with very accommodating staff! Food was good with variety and pool was nice. Great ocean view while eating meals. Drinks could have been better. Beach was a little rocky with coral but can snorkel right off Beach. Overall, highly recommmend!

Café da manhã com vista para mar e vulcão Agung
O bangalô é espaçoso, com decoração de bom gosto e limpeza de altíssimo nível. O banheiro e chuveiro são fora, mas é privativo, eu fiquei super confortável e não vi nenhum inseto. Café da manhã com vista pro mar e pro vulcão agung. Área comum também é linda e bem estruturada. Há pequenos bangalôs pra ficarmos olhando a vista para o mar, piscina muito boa.

если вы искали красивый пляж, голубое море и яркий закат - то вам точно не сюда. коралывый риф начинается от самой кромки воды, зайти в море и купаться не возможно. общее впечатление от отеля хорошее. было пару интересных моментов касательно самой комнаты . Оказалось что в комнате не было горячей воды, на вопрос к администрации отеля получили ответ, что все выполненно в традицыонном японском стиле и горячая вода не предусмотренна ))))) Также в комнате было 7 источников света, а кнопки мастер-свет позволяющей отключить большенство ламп одновременно не было. И это превращалось в интересную каждовечернюю процедуру обхода всей площади и выключение всех ламп)))) Ванная комната находится на улице, тоько козырек над душеи и унитазом , а вместо потолка небо и деревья)! вобщем задумка интересная за исключением дождливых дней. дизайн кровати был впечатляющим и красивым! Вывод один, если вы хотите попробовать что-то новое и нтересное то вам сюда!

A peaceful location close to everything
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The only slightly negative aspect was food - breakfast was just okay and menu was a bit boring and over priced.

Elegant, tranquil Indonesian haven on party island
Beautiful, elegant resort. Extremely well maintained and lovely, friendly staff. Beautiful setting on north Gili T overlooking the beach. Inviting pool, harmoniously situated in tropical gardens. Delightful, generous breakfast provided on beach front. Room was very "romantic" with four poster bed, decorated with flowers ob our arrival. Great welcome with refreshing fruit cocktail at reception after a harrowing boat trip from Bali followed by an unsettling ride by horse cart in the dark to the resort from Gili T port. Could benefit with more power points in room and brighter lighting for reading as room is dark and option to have a hot shower in such an polished resort. Would certainly recommend staying here if you are looking for rest and relaxation withcstunning sunsets.

Quaint, traditional Balinese joglo villas. Outdoor shower only one temperature! Initial troubles with water going off but sorted after first day. Lovely Sea water pool. On quiet northern side of island. Staff friendly. Food very good. Walk to main town in 30 mins. Need cidomo with luggage on arrival/departure (150,000 rupiah each way & no haggling, standardized fair).

酒店都是独栋小别墅，其实不错，只是位置太偏了，旁边也没有饭店所以再酒店解决的晚餐，房间里能听到海浪声，如果介意的可要注意这个问题。

海辺でリラックス
ボートが到着する賑やかな中心地から離れており、静かにゆっくり過ごせました。バンガローはシンプルなバリ風で素敵でした。スタッフは親切、レストランの料理はそれほど高くなく美味しかったです。 ゆっくり静かに過ごしたい方には、おすすめです。

조용하고 아름다운 분위기의 해변 리조트
가족 여행으로 3박 이용하였는데, 매우 만족 합니다 친절한 직원들과 조용하고 아름다운 분위기의 리조트 였습니다. 바로 앞 해변에서 스노클링을 즐기고 아름다운 해변에서 식사는 오래 기억될 추억 입니다. 다만 목재 건물 숙소가 운치 있기는 하나, 개미 바퀴벌레 등 열대의 야외 숙소에서 어쩡수 없이 마주쳐야하는 곤충에 대해서는 감수 할수 밖에 없는 불편 함이 있습니다. 주변 리조트 중에서는 제일 조용하고 쾌적한 분위기임에는 틀림 없음

Villas au calme parfait pour se relaxer
Complexe excentré du centre agité de Gili Trawangan. Parfait pour s'isoler et se ressourcer au calme tout en étant proche des services de l'île (2km en vélo, avec location de vélos proposés par l'hôtel à prix très intéressants). Piscine très grande et au calme. Magnifique vue sur la mer avec coucher de soleil. Personnel toujours à votre disposition, honnête et accueillant. Restaurant et petit déjeuner très bons.

Le villette nello stile di Jogjakarta sono di legno scuro, arredate in modo raffinato e comodo ma le finestre piccole di giorno e le poche luci soffuse di sera rendono l'atmosfera un po' malinconica . La doccia esterna è molto gradevole. I giardini sono un po' spelacchiati e poco curati e la cucina mediocre sia per la prima colazione che per la cena.

Beautiful hotel- couldn't recommend more!
A friend and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and didn't want to leave at the end!! The hotel and room was beautiful, each having a private hut was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and helpful for anything we needed - we went on a 4 hour snorkeling trip booked through the hotel which we highly recommend. The food was also very good for breakfast, lunch or dinner and we enjoyed eating on the beach or by the pool. We definitely will be returning and telling all our friends and family to visit Desa Dunia Beda too!!

DO NOT STAY!
SAVE YOURSELF!! Don't stay here! Don't even bother coming to this island! After a five hour journey to arrive, we found out that this hotel is on the South end of the island making it virtually impossible to get to and from it. The horse took 15 minutes through backway dirt roads full of burning garbage (not kidding!) So many twists and turns it would be impossible to remember how to navigate on your own. We arrived and were not happy with how far it was but no one would help us to cancel. We went back to the main part of town and found ourselves stranded at night! 11pm and the horses had gone to sleep leaving us with no way back. No help from the hotel to return. We had to rent a second hotel and return in the morning to collect our luggages. The hotel staff was continually unhelpful. Even after we told them what time our boat was leaving so that we could ensure that there would be someone to take us, they were unable to comply. I would never in a million years return here. Rude, irresponsible, and unreliable. Terrible island. Worst location for a hotel with no warning that we would encounter difficulty returning.

Superb
This is one of the best resorts, if not the best on the island. It's on the quieter side of the island and from our trip caters to young couples and families. A lot of the others seem to cater to younger crowds with loud music and drinks offers. This one seemed more traditional in style. There's lots of space between huts and perhaps only as many as 15, so it never felt busy. The rooms are amazing. They are spacious and traditional. It's nice having the balcony to sit on and watch the waves. The food and drinks were competitively priced with other places in the area. The staff were friendly and attentive. Photos don't do it justice. Had I known how nice it was. I would have stayed a lot longer than 2 days to relax more.
