"The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning."

"Rooms were very nice, comfy beds.
Pool area (bigger side) service was horrible, seems like they didn’t like to work, we ask questions about the food and drink menu and not very helpful, responded in a rude manner.
The smaller pool side was great, Luis a great bartender and staff around him were nice too. Better food options as well."

"Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night"

"Traveled here with my two kids for a couple days. The room was clean and smelled clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it’s small but the hotel was slower so we had it to our selves both days. The breakfast is good that they offer and it was nice having access to the restaurant and bar for dinner. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that you could hear the people upstairs stomping around. Wasn’t too bad tho. I Would come here again"
