"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very family-friendly with plenty to do, and both kids and adults had a great time. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

"The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help wherever they can—they truly deserve a big round of applause.
I’ve stayed here twice now. The first visit was excellent, with a much better room, while the second stay was a little more mixed. The shower could definitely use some maintenance, and unfortunately the dryers in the laundry didn’t seem to work very well.
That said, the accommodation is fairly basic, but it’s clean and perfectly adequate for a comfortable place to rest...

"The room was ok. The staff was adequate but english was not there first language. The breakfast buffet i had to explain what an over hard egg was. If you went on a tour and wanted to take snacks with you they could not accommodate as they said they did not have a a take licence. For a Hilton franchise i found that should change. Otherwise my stsy was ok"

"The apartment was in a bad condition. Microwave oven was dirty, no basic cleaning stuff was available, water gets collected in front of the toilet after shower, bathroom had half wall glass, back doors were really weak and outside sitting area at the back was not even swept. We stayed for 3 nights but there was no room service.
Too expensive for a rundown 1 bedroom apartment.

"Very well equipped apartment, especially liked having washer and dryer in room. Needs a few more kitchen tools, like paring knife, etc. Two knives were provided but were too large and not sharp. Providing items like salt and pepper would be appreciated. Parking lot was crowded, difficult to maneuver, and pool is too small and not very nice - filter is not run continuously so debris floating on top of water was a problem."

"私は英語をほとんど話せないのですが、スタッフの方には丁寧に対応いただき安心してチェックインできました。
部屋は値段を考えると相当いいと思います。
トイレやシャワーも綺麗でした。ドアの建て付けが悪く気をつけないとちゃん と閉まらない場合があるので少し注意が必要でした。
ホテルの周りは柵で囲われており、夜間は門が閉まるので比較的安全かと思います"
