A family emergency occurred the day before my trip and I foegot to call. The day of my trip, before 10 am. attempted to cancel through Expedia. Baymont refused to allow cancellation and keep my $250. So instead of allowing cancellation out of good graces, this large hotel chain decided it was better to keep my money and get a one star rating and assure I will never stay there while in town. Big corporations have no soul or the people who work for them."
