"The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing.
