"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"Beautiful property on the lake. We had a large king room with balcony over the lake, just wonderful. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the lakefront. Great area, Weirs beach down the road was great. Restaurants within walking distance. The lake is spectacular. We’ll be coming back in the future."

"We enjoyed our stay at BW Concord NH. Great staff, always available and helpful. Breakfast with a good variety. Hot tub is the highlight of our stay, a great addition after our daily walks. Pool is nice too and they have some pool toys for kids. What I would suggest as an improvement is the carpet and AC filter’s smell of humidity."

"Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. The crew could not keep up with keeping enough breakfast items out as they consistently looked out of items that were in the cupboards below. The pillows were terrible.
