"First I’d like to say there is effort at this property. Meaning it is being renovated. All new furniture, paint, carpet. Things I found that need to be addressed. First the tv in our room did not work. Called front desk and couldn’t figure it out. 2nd we asked about where the pool is, to find the pool green, dirty and not suitable for anyone to swim in it. "Staff is adequate, pleasant at check in. Room was clean. Minor repairs needed: grab bar cover is coming off and shower head cover as well. Major problem is zero concern for behavior of patrons: kids running and loud in hallways, constant door slamming...I try to choose more expensive places to avoid these issues. We have been staying here 2 times per year for the last 5 years. Might be time to find a new place."

"The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. The AC in the room worked, however, it kept going on and off and was never on constantly which is very annoying. The room was clean but had a bad smell. The beds squeaked every time you moved. "The price was really good for the area and the room with its amenities. I wish more hotels were like this one. The o ly reason I give the hotel staff a 3 is because I really didn't interact with them much. So, there shouldbe an N/A option available on this survey."
