"No housekeeping service and if you need towels you need to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and they’ll count them and give you replacements, like they’re expensive heirlooms. Also, don’t bother trying to get maintenance, they’ll tell you they’ve contacted them but they don’t. This we were told specifically by an employee after we reported an issue."

"The GPS took us elsewhere but I knew it was beside the Motel 6 so I had to have maps take me there every time so I could find the location. The staff were so kind and the room was very clean and smelled very good! I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast as I was gone before time but for the one day I did, it was just waffles, coffee and sunny D. There was cereal and milk too. The toilet stayed dripping but I couldn’t hear it if the door was closed. Everything else was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the shower was hot! The room was being cleaned as I was checking in so i had peace of mind knowing how clean it was."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property needs some TLC, the carpeting is worn, there were light bulbs out in our room, a missing outlet cover, simply general maintenance and care could really improve this property. "

"The hotel served its basic purpose as a place to stay, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive I can mention. Upon arrival, the property felt noticeably unclean, and even the front doors didn’t fully open, which made for a poor first impression. At one point, a guest was getting her hair done in the lobby, and after kneeling on the floor, her white pants were visibly dirty—this pretty much summed up the condition of the place. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. However, the room view overlooked someone’s backyard with Christmas lights, which was a bit underwhelming. The “continental breakfast” was also disappointing. It’s more of a grab-and-go setup, offering mini muffins, yogurt, a granola bar, and an apple—nothing substantial. Overall, while the staff was great, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel really need improvement."

"Door to room was broke. No cleaning service. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. Also outrageous price 350 per night for what we received. Room was not worth it!"
