"Great affordable room! It was so nice to have "home base" right next to downtown, and walking distance to the boardwalk.
Pros: GREAT LOCATION, comfy bed, free coffee, microwave and mini fridge, good water pressure in the shower, makeup mirror, not too noisy, good room service, simple check in and check out
Cons: AC was pretty loud, but it worked very well. If you are tall it's hard to get under the shower head to wash your hair/face.

"We enjoy staying at the Casablanca when we are in Santa Cruz. Their housekeeping can do better and I wish they would repair broken hooks in the bathroom so we could hang the towels. But other than that we always have a relaxing stay each time."
