"Hotelanlage ist schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Außer an der Rezeption wurde man ignoriert als man als voll zahlender Gast auf einem Sofa schlafen sollte. Im Kids Club war gelegentlich jemand da, kam man aber mit einem Kind wurde sich nicht gekümmert. Das Essen war schlecht. Viel frittiertes, viel Reis, wenig Auswahl. Wir haben kaum etwas gegessen. "Rooms are small, half the size of other 5 star hotels. Bathroom is tiny, hardly any space. Hot water tends to run out after 10 minutes. Very unusual for a hotel of this reputation.
