Petit séjour au pied des ballons d'Alsace. Passés une nuit dans ce charmant hôtel. Accueil très sympathique et chambres très joliment agencées et confortables. La literie est très confortables. Très bonne insonorisation. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Excellent rapport qualité/prix

La direction n’accepte pas de faire là soiree étape lors d’une réservation sur internet. Pas très bonne accueil au restaurant situé en dessous de l Hotel. J’en ai pas été habitué à cela dans cette établissement où je m’arrête dé temps en temps.

Hôtel moderne et neuf, chambres nickels, rien à dire. Wifi rapide. Garage pas fini, c'est encore de la terre au sol. Manque coin cuisine avec enfants en bas âge.

peut mieux faire...

bel hôtel, très bon accueil, bien agencé, très propre, très bon petit déjeuner. le seul problème est que nous sommes venus skier le week-end au ballon d'alsace, mais l'établissement FERME le dimanche à 12H, nous n'avons pas pu consigner nos bagages, donc nous n'avons pas skier dimanche. c'est vraiment dommage d'avoir perdu une journée, je suis un usager régulier des hôtels, et c'est la première fois que je voie un hôtel fermé le dimanche après-midi. cela nous a gâché un peu le week-end, alors que Giromagny fait des efforts pour attirer le tourisme, car on peut louer les skis au pied de l'hôtel.

dommage...

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son hammam et son sauna mais ces derniers étaient en panne et bien évidemment on ne l'apprend qu'à notre arrivée... Ce fût une grosse déception, d'autant que dans les environs avec une météo automnale il y a peu d'activité. Autre bémol dans les chambres le WC est dans la salle d'eau (et non séparé). Heureusement que la chambre était belle et la literie de qualité.

Tout simplement, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon. Nous avons payé 154 euros pour une chambre certes confortable , propre et vaste avec 2 petits déjeuners très moyens ( café machine, produits de la région de qualité moyenne ) et l'accueil de nos deux chiens qui ont couché sur le matelas que nous avons apporté. Nous aurions été satisfaits pour un prix maximum de 120 euros. C'est ce que nous trouvons couramment sur Lyon, Grenoble etc.., dans de vrais 3 étoiles .
