This Hotel is a real Gem very friendly and helpful staff, on site easy parking and Walking Distance into Girona which is a fantastic place.

We were very pleased with this property. It was clean and quiet. The staff gave us a map and explained how to get downtown for sightseeing and shopping. We had on site parking which was important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Girona and would like to return and spend more time.

The Staff were so kind, helpful, attentive and courteous, especially Juan at the reception. Overall, the experience was super perfect. We always stay here whenever we travel to Alicante for an overnight rest.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Since we travel with our dog (and in Spain, dogs are not permitted inside restaurants), the hotel had a separate lounge to eat breakfast and dinner. Great service. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location of the hotel is convenient (access from and to motorway, parking and walking distance to the old town

We loved this hotel - clean, comfortable, convenient, attractive decor and great breakfast. All staff were friendly but Joan on reception was excellent- so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Joan is a 5 star employee. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will be back!

We had booked a two-night stay. Upon checking in, we informed the receptionist that we would like to stay only one night (we would leave a day earlier). The receptionist told us that this was not a problem and we would receive a full refund for the canceled night because their policy allowed a refund as long as the hotel was notified at least before midnight of the day before (which we did!). So after spending the first day in Girona, we left the hotel, arrived back home, and discovered they denied us a refund! The hotel was very full. They gave us false information to make us leave the hotel and make room for new guests.

Great hotel but poor location
Very clean hotel, reception staff very helpful. Small pool but that did not matter to us. Bit of a distance to walk into the centre but do-able. Nothing much around hotel so need to go into city centre.

Well worth staying at Costabella. Lovely outdoor pool, long enough to do lengths in. Good buffet breakfast selection, varied dinner menu with plenty of vegetarian choices, and very reasonably priced wines. Rather noisy road but window closed and air con fixed that. 20/25 minute walk onto old quarter, which is a delight. We saw most of what we wanted to in 2 days.

A la entrada el chico ha sido muy amable. Elije este sitio por su localización fuera del centro y su facilidad de aparcar. El problema es que habia muchísimo ruido del tráfico de la carretera y la habitación no está bien aislada en general y habian ruidos desde todos lados. He dormido peor aquí en las afueras de Girona que en mi piso en Barcelona! Al menos me ha gustado el desayuno.

A truly wonderful hotel
Wonderful stay. Hotel was super clean and modern with high quality fixtures/fittings. Ample parking for the car. All staff were excellent, very helpful with anything we needed. The pool area was great, plus an honesty bar which was very handy and an efficient way of providing drinks and small snacks. Comfy bed, great Aircon, windows blocked out any noise from the road. Great location, close to town (about a 10/15 minute walk) accessible also by bus. Also...best patatas bravas I had all holiday. 10/10.

Nice hotel for family visit to Girona
We had a wonderful stay on our family trip to Girona. Hôtel had convenient parking and the staff was welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The interior was well done and looked modern. The beds were comfortable, and the room had many outlets with switches. The night switch activated an automated exterior blind to provide total darkness. Also had ceiling speakers to provide nice music when in the room. Well air conditioned and had all the amenities we needed. Overall a great stay and the price was more than reasonable. The breakfast buffet was also very good with nice wait staff. Very close to the old city center with plenty of parking and à Carrefour store within east walking distance. Would come back here again when in the area.
