"Great location and staff were great. Didn't like being directed to a self check in kiosk when I was the only person there and 2 staff members were at reception. I am sure if there were a lot of people waiting it would be good, but felt cold. Also being woken at 7.30am by housekeeping staff entering my room without knocking and turning on the lights was mildly distressing. Even with these negatives the overall experience was good and I would stay again."

I was content to then wait in the cafe until check-in time, but the staff kindly prepared my room so I could go in early. My only disappointment was the lack of vegan options on the menu, and, as so often happens, it was pretty much chips or nothing. Fortunately, the chips were excellent"
