The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. "Nice stay at Neom Pyramids Valley Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Saif at reception. We booked with them a tour in cafelucca on the Nile with dinner, and transfer at the end of our stay. Everything went great. Location is very convenient, close to Giza pyramids and grand Egyptian Museum. The street is quite busy but our room was well isolated. The hotel is very new and installations are good."
