"Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing at every level and the property is in need of severe updates, particularly in the guest rooms, bathrooms, and service offerings.
During my stay, I noted several areas that require immediate attention:
- Accommodations & Amenities: The mattresses need to be replaced. Additionally, many advertised or expected amenities were unavailable, including the ice machine (which was out of order for the duration of my stay), an elevator, TVs, air...
"We really enjoyed our two-night stay. The room was very spacious and had several thoughtful touches that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom was well stocked with soft, thick towels and all the necessary amenities.
The room also included a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle, which were very convenient. One of the highlights was the private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, overlooking a beautiful running stream, a perfect place to relax.

"I’d like to start by saying the staff were wonderful. The property however leaves something to be desired. The rooms were dirty with dust built up over months or years. The rooms lacked a lot of things you expected from a hotel like iron/board, functional outlets and A/C. The restaurant was only open for dinner and nowhere nearby offered breakfast. The proximity to the national park must be the reason the rooms were so expensive because the ambiance of the train squeaking and the horn blowing...
"We really enjoyed our time on the beautiful ranch. It was very peaceful and we were entertained by the cowboys practicing their team roping skills. We woke up early and watched a herd of elk on the ridge across the valley. We loved the whole experience from beginning to end."
