"Great customer service from pre-arrival information to the welcome on the day.
Not the most luxurious as a little dated but room was spotless and comfortable.
Great location for the arena & drinks post event!

"Everything as usual was excellent,
However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast.
On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special.
Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge.
Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff.
We will, ofcourse come to stay again.
