Heritage Park Pontypridd, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
The staff were pleasant and helpful. However the general state of the hotel is old and tired. It is seriously in need of refurbishment to bring it up to the heritage name. The stay itself was not unpleasant but the photos make the hotel look better than it really is.

The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code ...
