The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. "Very easy instructions to get in using the key safe box in the porch. A choice of breakfasts that is sent before you arrive you just had to let Heather have by 8.30 the night before by txting on WhatsApp very easy. Lovely clean room with shower, loo and tv. Great WiFi. Breakfast was delicious and I had different options and Heather kindly stocked up the milks tea and coffee as I was there for 5 days. Quiet area within walking distance of the train station 10 mins max and a lovely marina across...

"Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. I loved seeing the red squirrels at the bird feeders outside of our window. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and John was very friendly and has a great sense of humor!"

We were attending a wedding at the Seamill Hydro which is only a couple of houses along from the B&B, super handy! Our room was clean and comfortable.
