"The staff was excellent, and it's across the street from Central Station in City Center. Hotel bar was cool, and plenty of other bars on that block. The room was in good shape but WAY smaller than it looked online. We booked a Premium Queen. The bed was a Craft-matic style bed with a weird 80's style headboard/built-in side table. Only one side table. The bed literally took up the whole room. The only way to get into our suitcases was to tilt the bed all the way up, which made the foot of the bed move in toward the head. No desk, no chair, just a little foot stool to sit on while putting on your shoes. A friend of mine said it was "very european"."

"Staff lovely, breakfast was tasty and plenty choice. Bed comfy however I would have preferred firmer pillows but my husband and daughter liked the ones provided. Room temperature was ideal."

"Check in was seamless, staff were friendly, good fun and informative. Sofa bed really isn't comfortable though. Hence the 4 stars. You can feel every spring. So we ended up 3 in a bed. Lovely hotel though, and we would stay again. "

"sadly my room was not serviced on SUNDAY LEAVING Me without coffee supplies we couldn’t sleep on out last night because of a very loud row happening in the room next to ours staff very nice "

"The room was clean, but it was very small. Too small to be comfortable in and a total lack of air conditioning. There was a heating system in the room that we turned off when we arrived in the room, we also opened the window before I left for dinner. When we returned later that day the room was still unbearably hot. We slept on top of the bed without using the duvet or sheets with a fan on full blast. The breakfast options were decent but the ridiculous level of heat in the room was just awful. I’ll never use a motel one again. "
