"We stayed one night in a double queen room with our family of four. One thing that stood out to me was that the bathroom didn’t have a lock on the door. With four people sharing the room, it just didn’t seem very fitting and would probably make more sense in a king room setup instead.
The staff were all super friendly and attentive during our stay, which we really appreciated. The hallway carpets could definitely use a good cleaning since there were quite a few stains throughout the halls. Our room itself was clean overall, although we did notice one long strand of hair on a towel. I’m assuming it belonged to housekeeping, and honestly it wasn’t a huge deal since it was on the floor towel that goes beside the shower.
The hallway ice machine also seemed to be struggling a bit because it was making some pretty loud noises.
Overall though, we had a great overnight stay and enjoyed our visit!"
