"The check in experience was really great. The receptionist checked with the restaurant to see if there were gluten free options available for dinner, and there was. I was so impressed by how clean the hotel was and how kind staff were as as well. Highly highly recommend especially if you’re seeing a show at OVO hydro"

"Only issue is you guys advertise parking. But you don’t have a car park. The discount code that you supplied doesn’t work. So had to pay full price for parking. Had to fork out an additional £45 for parking, which was not in the trip budget so made plans a lot more difficult to execute. Apart from this issue, overall the experience with the hotel was very pleasant"
