"Luogo molto comodo da raggiungere, in pieno centro di Glasgow a due passi dalla stazione centrale e da almeno un paio di stazioni della metro. Albergo pulito e tranquillo, personale cortese e disponibile. Niente fuochi d'artificio, qualche piccolo dettaglio potrebbe essere sistemato, ma in generale è un posto comodo e con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unico difetto strutturale, l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre. C'è un sistema di ventilazione interno ma non è sufficiente a cambiare...

"The staff could be really rude. They don't let you check in until EXACTLY 3pm, and then there's many other people trying to check in, so you're waiting in a giant line. And the bathroom could really use a deep cleaning. However, the bedroom was clean. The room was dark and quiet, and the location was excellent. "
