"Great hotel next to Merchant City and main areas of the City Centre . 10 floors , 2 restaurants and a rooftop bar ! Staff are very helpful . Stayed here as had a comedy night at The Royal Concert Hall . Would definitely stay here again 😁 Room clean and everything you need ."

"Staff were so nice and very helpful from time we arrived. Hotel had been recently upgraded and was lovely, very clean and fresh. Bed was a dream, so comfortable. Everything on doorstep. Shops and restaurants galore. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Check was easy and our room was ready immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately our room had some sort of plumbing issue. We alerted the front desk, we told maintenance would come by, but nothing was resolved. The sink was completely clogged, and brushing our teeth, washing our hands, anything would not clear. Honestly, it was very gross. Second, we only had one set of towels, even though there were two of us. Last, the cooling and heating of the room was a bit wonky. Turning on the heater was...

"Hotel was in an excellent location for our needs, room was clean and comfortable with helpful and polite staff. Had a great leisurely breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold options, particularly having Weetabix. Overall a great stay."

"Great place to stay"

"It was nice and clean. Everybody was nice."

"Good location for city centre and train. Very basic accommodation that didn't look much like the photos online. The beds and bathroom were clean, which ticks the essential criteria boxes for me. However, the carpet needed a thorough vacuum, the bathroom bin had something in it when we arrived and there was a big hair in the shower. Only one hand towel for 2 guests & only 2 uht milk pots with tea/coffee facilities. But, it was cheap and convenient & I've been to worse! Staff were very welcoming...

"Large, clean room right by the train station. Convenient and comfortable!"

"The room was clean and spacious enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing seemed too much. It was perfect proximity to the Hydro and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again"

"Clean room, great staff, no fridge in room"

"Nice hotel, helpful staff, plenty parking onsite and comfy rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good."

"Perfect location for a gig at Hydro. Very expensive though and not sure the room was worth it. There was a fault light and faulty power socket. Good breakfast plenty choice, but again very expensive for what it was."
