"The location was perfect. Check-in was rough, but once we got checked in, we had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby furniture is worn, ripped, and old. The doormen and manager were great, very helpful, and friendly!"

"The Empire Hotel is a great place to stay. There is a great restaurant to eat at, on the property and several across the street . It’s close to Columbus Circle. It’s also close to hop on hop off bus stops. Close to the zoo and Central Park. And there’s ice cream every couple of feet."

"Great room in terms of size and cleanliness and great service at the hotel. Our only criticism was the noise, being located so close to Times Square. Still a 5-star review for me, because we were aware of this when booking, but it is definitely noisier than expected for first-time travellers to New York"
