"I enjoyed my stay at The Westin New York Grand Central. The hotel staff at check-in was friendly and informative. Deirah was wonderful! She mentioned she has been working there for 40 years! The room was clean. I stayed 4 nights and each day the room was reset cleanly. Location is great. I did not want to be too close to Time Square but not too far. This is my 3rd time to NYC and this has been my favorite hotel in the heart of Manhattan and will be coming here again. I was given complimentary breakfast for the number of nights I stayed there. However, dining room was packed every morning. I was happy that I could redeem for food & drink at the cafe so the vouchers were not wasted. "

"I arrived tired and had a lovely check in. Thanks Eve. I found everyone whom I encountered was friendly. The location is excellent. I had quick access to the subway. There are lots of options for eating and shopping nearby. I highly recommend and will book again for my next trip."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Concierge helped us get car service from and to the airport. They recommended two restaurants that were both delicious and did not disappoint. The Hotel is a prefect spot, next to all the great shops and store. "
