"Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
The room wasn’t clean enough — there were sticky spots on the bathroom floor, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The windows were dirty despite the apartment having a view, which completely ruined the experience. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
The hotel offers a $35 daily credit for drinks, but this feels misleading since even a single drink at the bar costs more than that.
We also requested wine glasses to be brought to the room, but they were never delivered.
On top of that, there were multiple additional fees added after checkout. These charges should be clearly disclosed before booking, not after the stay.
Overall, the service and transparency need significant improvement."
