"I recently stayed for eight nights while visiting my daughters. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping efficient. I especially enjoyed the ambiance of the main floor lounges and bar in the late afternoons. Also, there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood if you don't want to venture far. I would definitely stay here again."

"In a great location to Time Square. Huge selection of Restaurants nearby. Area is great. Property is poorly maintained..All of the Ice machines were either gone or out of order which was no good with no fridges in the room. We were put on Level 5 and the noise from the street was horrible,we asked to be move and they were very good and moved us to the 9h floor which was so much better. It's a pity that they haven't maintained the property.Overall stay was alright."

"Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und am Eingang waren kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Putzfrau hat auch ihre Arbeit geleistet. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ohne Frühstück gebucht, deswegen können wir hierzu nichts sagen. Es gibt im EG Kühlschränke (Getränke und Snacks). Im Flur befand sich ein Wasser und Eis- spender, was wir als positiv empfunden haben. Es gibt zwei Fahrstühle, einer davon ging zeitweise nicht, was aber kein Problem darstellte. Die Lobby ist...

"Everything at the property (lobby, room, elevator, hallways, EVERYTHING) is impeccably clean. All staff members are friendly and attentive to your every need. The location is simply unbeatable! 5-10m walk from: times square, all the Broadway theaters, Rockefeller center, hells kitchen, etc. Easy access to all public transportation as well. We'll absolutely be staying at The Muse next time we're in NYC!"
