"The Hotel was conveniently located to UAB, the staff at check in and checkout was nice and helpful. Especially Jasmine at checkout, she was very helpful explaining my checkout process. The parking well, the fee I feel is too darn high ($25/nite). We’re already paying a high room rate and then parking too. Another way for hotels to get over"

"There are not enough people at front desk. During checking, we had to w additional got for 10 min to see the person at front desk, no one there. The one person there t asking card if some other maintenance problem at facility. When we needed towels, front desk person asked us to come down to front desk and pickup towels."
