"We stayed at Florence Lighthouse Inn and had a mixed but ultimately improved experience. Our initial room had some significant issues—the shower wasn’t working and the air vent was very noisy, which made it uncomfortable for my family. After raising our concerns, the team responded and moved us to a much better suite. "The cabin is spacious and it offers enough room to move around for 4 people. The location is great, and the traffic noise wasn't too bad as the doors and the windows are sealed properly. The kitchen furniture in particular is outdated. The cabin was great, but it needs some improvements, as it feels older than it probably is."
