"The breakfast was continental, tea, toast, coffee, orange juice, fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt and delicious overnight oats. We do like a cooked breakfast though so this is a mark down for us. The room was beautiful and clean with tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and mints which was a nice touch. There were small shower gels in the bathroom and a lovely rain shower. "We had an amazing stay at Glass Island B&B. Sharon was incredibly welcoming and gave us great local recommendations, really going out of her way to make everything perfect. "The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open. "

I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. "
