"Lovely staff, but the hotel could be so much better by upgrading the rooms and increasing availability of food on offer. The gardens could also be beautiful if maintained properly. Regular bus service to and from Helensburgh which has lots of restaurants to choose from, but would be nice to be able to eat in the hotel if have been out all day."

"Jackie is a fabulous hostess, she made sure our stay was unforgettable in a good way. Room was warm, clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable.. great to have the only twin room. Great shower, warm towels on heated rail. Breakfast was perfect. The Cedars Guest House is situated in a great central place, we parked our car and didn’t need to drive until leaving for home.
