Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful.

Clean room, good breakfast, our only problem was we showed up at 3pm to check in and the room was not ready until 5:30 pm. The staff did offer us drinks and snacks while we waited. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was a little noisy between the highway and airport.
