"Only draw back is that carpet in our room needed cleaning and more attention to sweeping up and cleaning of bathroom. This hotel was great for kids and adults alike. Breakfast was above what was expected. Staff always polite and helpful. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping stores. "

"The laundry situation sucked. We had to use coins to wash and dry. Our clothes did not dry after one cycle. We went back downstairs to ask for more coins and they didn’t have any. We wished we just found a local laundry mat and started the washing process there. The staff at the lobby didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience or a solution for my problem. We only had our room serviced once despite spending 4 nights on our stay. When re requested our trash to be taken out, we were told “oh you’re checking out today, they’ll change it after you leave”. For anybody that has kids, you know the smell of a poopy diaper can quickly spread to an entire hotel room. We were very disappointed by the service of the lobby staff. "

"The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed with a small kitchenette. The property is conveniently located across a shopping area and the entertainment arena and restaurants. My family and I were very pleased with our stay and will return for any future visits to Glendale. "

"Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind it and the top came off in my hands. (Oddly, the same thing happened on the little table on the tiny terrace.) The beds themselves are on flimsy legs. If you and your guests are on the heavy side, don't stay here! As for communication regarding the rental--don't expect anything clear and certainly don't expect to be able to reach anyone. There were three different check-in times listed in three different places. I never was able to figure out which one was right--so we had to just stay away till evening. And do you have an assigned parking space or not? Some information says you do, some says you don't. And that makes a difference because there are very few parking spots available in the evenings. With that said, if all you care about is how close you are to the State Farm Stadium, it's got that going for it. I'm pretty sure this place only cares about renting for the Superbowls that happen there regularly. Overall, yuck."
