"Clean rooms "

"We had a wonderful stay here at the Lincoln Lodge! The rooms are amazing. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space. Check in was great, check out was quick and easy with the lockbox. The store on-site is nice and has lots of unique stuff. There is also a gas station right next door which is pretty convenient."

"The breakfast was great. The hotel has been updated, but still needs some work. The staff was friendly. Pets were allowed (which is why we stayed there), but outside pet facilities were lacking. Cameras should be placed there and pet owners not picking up after their pets should be charged extra!"

"1.There were no instructions for the remote. The remote was one known to be a problem. Short staffing did not allow someone to deliver the better remote to me. 2. The temperature of the refrigerator was very low. Had to throw out my pre-packed lunch for the next day's travel. 3. The room was very clean and otherwise comfortable."

"Did not get the room we paid for! Booked king bed with adjoining room suite but were not provided one. Staff did not apologize or try to make it right. Said we should have contacted them to make sure we got what we paid for. Will never book again with IHG or Expedia!"
