"Everything was great BUT we did have a broken shower faucet. That needs to be fixed. It was very hard for us to shower but since it was a 2 day getaway we didn’t bother to let front desk know about it. It was still annoying to have a broken faucet. "

"We had a fantastic three-day stay at the Harborside Inn of Boston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The only downside for us was the lack of a complimentary morning coffee station. However, there are a couple of chain coffee shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Convenient location. Airport shuttle excellent and easy. Parking is cheap at $20 a day but I don’t like that they keep your keys. Hallway areas could use a little sprucing but by no means in bad shape. Breakfast is nice and attached bar restaurants/indoor pool nice to have on site. Overall great spot for a night before or after your flight in Boston. Stayed before and after our week trip from long flights. On end of trip the Check in staff was wonderful friendly and helpful. At Checkout the morning staff at desk sucked, rude and disrespectful. "

"We only stayed one night at TownePlace but had a great experience. The suite was spacious and the bed very comfortable. On the second floor, we could hear the street noise and I wish we had seen that there was a sound machine next to the bed that we definitely would have used overnight to mask street noise. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We both found options we wanted to eat. The living area in the suite had excellent furniture, including moveable side tables and a desk area with charging station. The free shuttle to the aiport was quick and the driver, Joseph, was friendly. We would stay again."
