The pool is extremely small and the walls were covered with slime. The pool water was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The water wasn’t very warm either. Staff were super nice. Location is great. Rooms were average, liked the kitchen and full sized fridge.
The room was nice and the lobby but their was a roach problem I woke up and went to the bathroom and that’s when I saw two roaches my boyfriend killed them but then another one came out so there’s definitely an infestation please be aware if you go there I personally will not be going back I checked out earlier because of it
Great experience. Clean and comfy, front desk folks were very helpful, room was perfect, and brkfst was wonderful. Worth the Stay!

I had a very pleasant experience in one of their best rooms. However, a guest on the floor above, who was active until late at night, pacing back and forth, seemed to be conspiring against my peace and quiet. It took several calls to Reception to ask him to stop.
The front desk was professional, quick check in. The room was modern apartment feeling, super clean and it had all the necessary toiletries especially soap tu wash your hands in the bathroom. I would highly recommend the Marriott over the Hilton! Marriott puts the clients needs to make it a more luxurious stay.
I love this hotel. I stay here about twice a year in october and December and it never disappoints. It's clean the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful (A huge shout out to Dave and Joanna on second shift they are the best of the best). Breakfast has a lot to offer option wise and is stocked and cleaned regularly. The rooms are spotless and houskeeping is there for anything you may need. The train to Salem and Boston is right outside the door. Right by the train is a shopping center with TJ Maxx and grocery. Chelsea Station Grill is an amazing dining option as well. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Boston.
