"Room was nice but needs to be updated. Tiki bar had empty cans and food all over it. It took 20mins just to get acknowledged and then another 20mins just to get a drink. Hot tub was nice but something kept dripping from the ceiling and kids kept jumping in and out. No sign on how to order a drink ..."
