"We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care...

"This place has definitely seen better days. I tried to save a few bucks but the cost was still the same as if I stayed across the parking lot at Holiday Inn. The bedding was very worn out and had visible stains and strands of hair. I went to the Family Dollar to purchase bedding. So, yeah, the money I spent doing that was the same as if I’d stayed somewhere else. Would’ve had a better peace of mind"

"This place is well-maintained for how old it is, and it was fun to stay in such a historic building. Surface cleaning is spotless, but a deeper clean is not really great (e.g., ceiling fans). Our room did not have a TV so we had to watch in the living room. We had to share a bathroom. Kind of frustrating for a room with kids, but it was on the booking. Just didn’t catch it somehow.
