"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. "Fantastic stay. Place is well located, very clean, good food and had numerous shared spaces outside of the room to relax. Staff was friendly and informative, making extra efforts to build a feeling of community. Only area of opportunity are the towels. They need to either do a better job of cleaning or replacement as they had a bit of a smell."
