"Excellent"

"The carpet in our room 105 was heavily stained. Breakfast wasn't great. And bar prices varied for the same drinks."

"No ac No gym."

"I did try to text directly, but received no acknowledgement, so posting this here. This is an Inn ( rooms above the pub). I did not receive any communication regarding the check in , until i got there and couldn't get in. The bar lady had to ring them to send it to me- so really bad communication. There was several issues with the room. The major one is that the shower drain was completely blocked. I would allow for around 1 min.shower before flooding the floor. "It was a comfortable home. It has nice features and everything your need to be comfortable. The owners / hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had a nice stay."

"Just a one night stay while working in Kirkcaldy, had the superior single room. Due to the stormy weather I couldn’t keep the window open which made the room rather warm. Bed comfy enough, grout in the shower needs a good scrub (I am a cleaner and know what causes this!) and my carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Other than that can’t complain for the price. Didn’t use any of the facilities so won’t comment. Would I stay here again, yes, if it was as cheap."

"Quick easy check in. Clean hotel. Breakfast service perfect. Very helpful staff. Great hotel overall"

"An amazing stay, staff all very friendly and helpful"

"Excellent boutique hotel, brilliant location for St Andrews University and nearby attractions. Very accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. Should be rated a 4*."

"A lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. No complaints."

"Wonderful experience"

"The only downside to this property really was the lack of air conditioning. It was extremely humid when we were there and no way to remove the humidity from the room. But it wasn't hot or anything, so not a big deal. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was great, everything worked well. I especially loved how declining service came with a perk or a charity donation."

"Friendly staff, top facilities"
