"Your first impression upon arrival will be WOW this hotel is digusting .. and you would be right ..Hotel was not clean, rooms stunk and were NOT acceptable. Stains on carpet, tubs, sheets. "Super cute boutique look, loved the black out blinds…slept til 9 thinking it was 6! Very nice Nespresso coffee machine. My only small suggestion for room 10 is more hooks for towels and coats, and maybe a makeup mirror/light (bathroom is a bit dark to apply makeup)."

"Beautiful views of the lake. Close to walking. Unfortunately when we checked in for our kids spring break the hotel told us their pool/hot tub/sauna was closed. Being out of town and our kids really looked forward to swimming was the majority of our plans. Along with booking here for their sauna, the only hotel I could find in Duluth with one. Their discounted our stay, but overall was disappointed. Had two find two different evenings of plans for our family. Will definitely call hotel directly...
