"The room was fine but the breakfast area needs an overhaul- chipped tables and chairs and tape on the booth seats where it had been cut and worn through. The breakfast was mediocre at best and th staff in the breakfast room and the maids couldn’t wait to get off duty."

We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. "Room was clean, but the temperature in 314 would not get the room as cold as we like it. Check-in process should move faster and a greeting goes a long way. We travel between NY and FL and we have literally stayed at this location 26 times in the last 2 years. The hotel is newer and clean. It depends who you get for the check in and out process. "Room phone was disconnected, couldn’t find property phone number anywhere so if you needed the front desk help you had to go to the desk! The clerk behind the desk could not have been any less concerned! Shower is a slip and slide accident waiting to happen and for a 78 yr old a bit scary! "Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website. Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there. My husband did appreciate the breakfast."

"The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors."
