"This was our first time staying at the Villa Rose, and we couldnt have pick a better hotel, the staff were fantastic, the room, 273, was immaculate, spacious and the bed very very comfortable. We ate at the Forge bar on Saturday evening, and again, the restaurant staff were brilliant, the food plentiful, and the atmosphere warm. "

"I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. "Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again "
