"Room was clean staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good , the only complaint was that the hallways needed to be vacuumed!"

"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. No glasses for milk, very little provided. We, along with other guest, ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Overall, a very bad experience."

"We were checked into a dirty room. Most of the floor had open latches and dirty rooms at 3:00 in the afternoon. We were then given another room that smelt like smoke, was not that clean. Had a cigarette burn in the sofa, a punched out screen like someone was just smoking in there. Breakfast was the same every day, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal to make, or a few pastry bread items. Coffee was poor. We booked a queen bed, but seemed very small for my husband and me. It only had 3 pillows. There was a dog behind the property that barked 2/3 nights. The floor smelt like pot. Pool was still covered. Would try another property in the future. "
