"All of the staff and attendants at the hotel made the stay an A++. Of course the building entry and rooms were efficiently decorated, fun and comfortable/nice. We would expect that from Hilton. But the crew that is working there goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and safe. Breakfast was great. "Our one night stay in the Cottage Grove Inn was very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff during check-in, a clean room and bath, the breakfast was exceptional, and the pool/hot tub met my grandson's expectations. Lots of easy parking in front of the rooms. Overall, the way a motel should operate."

"The Bartender was overwhelmed and closed the bar early . She was rude and yelling at customers that didn't understand why she was closing the bar."

"I think they have a bug problem. Lots of ants & spiders all over the “cleaned” room (including IN the bedding). I was just staying for one night and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding somewhere else. Hoping these are spider bites on my legs. Also found trash & someone’s headphones under the bed when I was making sure I didn’t drop anything. If the bugs were taken care of, I’d come back."

"I loved that the rooms had microwaves, along with a fridge and coffee amenities. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. We needed some food utensils and they were provided without cost. Cute, quiet little hotel."
