"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! "A clean, quiet, and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff is friendly. Tea, coffee, and juices are available at any time of day or night. I gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 because the swimming pool was out of order, and the laundry service was also unavailable."

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."

"Private, cozy place that’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Nice small town area but easy access to Hamburg, Orchard Park, and Buffalo. "

"Lightning was horrible. I think they had 45watt bulbs. No room darkening curtain, only a rice paper light curtain covering window right above AC unit, so when AC was blowing, it blew open the curtain so room was exposed to outside grounds. Shower wall was deteriorating & patched with Gorilla Tape covering holes & taping wallpaper in place."

"You get what you pay for. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, and I was greeted by a spider on my pillow. I ended up sleeping fully clothed because I wasn’t comfortable in the room. For the small difference in price, I’d recommend spending the extra $30 and staying at a better hotel."

"Inn was quiet and staff did seem to want to help , however the White fitted bed sheet appeared stained with old sweat marks . Bed cover also dirty around some of the edges. Not all rooms had a microwave or fridge. Soap dispenser to wash hands did not work."
